How much does shipping cost?

We ship Australia wide.

Standard shipping is $5 Australia wide (4-5 business days).

We offer free standard shipping within Australia for all orders over $30. Discount applied automatically at checkout.

Express shipping can be purchased for $9.95 (takes 2-3 business days).

Returns Policy

At Bosom Buddy our aim is to keep customers happy, we strive to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your purchase. On our product information pages you’ll find details about products, colour offerings, material compositions, and sizing charts. If you can’t find the information on the product page please message one of our sales consultants on the live chat. Or if the matter isn’t urgent leave us a message on the contact page.

21- Day Free Return If you’ve made a purchase on the Bosom Buddy online store and you’re not satisfied with the product then you can send us a message via the contact page to request a refund. Please ensure you provide details on why you’re not happy with the purchase and include any images which support your refund request, we will also need the purchase returned for further inspection. You will need to notify us when the items are being returned and cover the shipping charges. Once the items have been received and inspected you will be refunded.

My purchase doesn’t quite fit If you’ve purchased a bra or shapewear and the product doesn’t quite fit, we are able to provide you with a 40% discount for the correct size. Alternatively, you can return the item to us in exchange for the correct size. The returned item will need to be in resale condition, you will also need to cover the shipping charges. Please contact us at prior to returning the item.

Wrong size/ Wrong item sent If you received a wrong size or wrong item, please contact us via email on with your name and contact details. Please also attach photos of the items. We will arrange shipping of the correct items as soon as possible.

Refund If an item doesn’t arrive or doesn’t match the description, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the cost of eligible purchases paid. Please keep in mind refunds can take 3-5 business days to show in your bank statements.

Shipping Standard tracked shipping is $5.00, or you can purchase express shipping for $9.95. All orders over $30 in value will be sent via free standard shipping. 

Please note for hygiene purposes we are unable to exchange or return any breast tapes or women’s high waisted G-Strings.
